The European Commission funded this report produced by the SYMONDS GROUP (United Kingdom), in association with ARGUS (Germany), COWI Consulting Engineers and Planners (Denmark), and PRC Bouwcentrum (the Netherlands). It describes best practices in the field of C&D debris reuse and recycling. The report analyses the quantities of C&D debris among the European Union, as well as the measures that Member States have taken to improve the reuse and recycling of this waste stream.
