Partnership - The National Partnership for Environmental Priorities (NPEP) is a program that encourages public and private organizations to form voluntary partnerships with EPA that reduce the use and/or release of any of 31 Priority Chemicals. NPEP is part of EPA's Resource Conservation Challenge (RCC), a major national effort to conserve natural resources and energy by managing materials more efficiently.
