  1. Committee ratifies the pilot study design to allow pilot to proceed.

Technical Work Group Questions for the FACDQ

  1. Resources and compressed time schedule for the pilot means that the committee must be selective in what analysis should be conducted with the pilot study results. Thus,
    1. what data analysis will be most valuable to the committee;
    2. what data analysis will be the least helpful;
    3. what priorities does the committee have; and
    4. what data format will be most beneficial?
  2. Does single-lab data need to be pooled? If so, how should pooling be accomplished and how should the limits be calculated?
  3. What MQOs are appropriate for the various Uses?
  4. Others?

Potential Assignments from the July FACDQ Meeting to the Technical Work Group

  1. Guidance on TWG's monitoring of pilot study data gathering and evaluation phases.
  2. Provide a document(s) for FACDQ on the analysis and evaluation of the pilot.
  3. Provide technical recommendations, as requested by the FACDQ, based on the analysis of the pilot results.
  4. Revise Matrix based on findings from pilot study for procedures evaluated.
  5. Recommend any new definitions (LC, LD, LQ, MDL, MRL).
  6. Recommend any new or modified procedures.
  7. Others?
