Federal Withdrawal: (Effective December 8, 2003) This partially removes Arizona from the Federal regulations at 40 CFR 131.31 which established nutrient water quality criteria and aquatic life uses for specific waterbodies. For more information see 68 Federal Register 62740, November 6, 2003.
