Public Hearing: Proposed CSAPR Close-Out

Determination Regarding Good Neighbor Obligations for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard

EPA will hold a public hearing on the proposed Determination Regarding Good Neighbor Obligations for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (CSAPR Close-Out). The hearing will be held on August 1, 2018  in Washington, DC. The hearing provides interested parties the opportunity to present perspectives concerning the proposed action. If you would like to present oral testimony at this hearing, please complete the form below or notify Brian Fisher by email (preferred) at fisher.brian@epa.gov or by phone at 202-343-9633 no later than July 30, 2018.

Each participant will have five (5) minutes to speak. Please choose a general time slot for presenting your oral testimony. EPA will make every effort to accommodate your request.
In case your preferred time slot is unavailable, please select an alternate time slot to present your testimony.
Please list any sign language interpretation, equipment requests or other reasonable accommodations necessary for your testimony. If you require such services, we ask that you pre-register for the hearings by July 30, 2018, as we may not be able to arrange such accommodations without advance notice.
