EPA to hold April 7 community meeting and open house at the USS Lead Superfund site in East Chicago, Ind.

CHICAGO (March 27, 2018) – U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will hold a community meeting to provide an update on upcoming activities at the USS Lead Superfund site. The meeting will be followed by an open house where various federal and local agencies will be available to speak one-on-one with residents.

Additional attendees include: Agency for Toxic and Substance Disease Registry, city of East Chicago, East Chicago Housing Authority and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
