Aerated tank and Surface impoundment modules
- Two sediment compartments (unconsolidated and consolidated) to better account for sediment compaction and chemical stratification
- BOD consumption and biomass generation temperature-dependent

- Added time dependent solution for batch and plug-flow units to account for varying aeration and residence time
Human risk module
- Replaced module with computationally more efficient version
