Public Notice: Opportunity to Comment on a Partial Deletion of the Vasquez Boulevard and I-70 Superfund Site

Summary

EPA and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) invite the public to comment on the proposal to delete Operable Unit 1 (the residential portion) of the Vasquez Boulevard and I-70 Superfund site in Denver, Colorado, from the National Priorities List. EPA has determined, with concurrence of the State, that all appropriate response actions, other than operation, maintenance, and five-year reviews, have been completed.

Comment period ends 30 calendar days after the date of publication of this notice. Comments may be submitted online, by email, or by postal mail. See the box at right for instructions. All comments received prior to the end of the comment period will be considered in the formulation of any final decision and will be part of the administrative record.
