Public Hearing: Proposed Policy Amendments 2012 and 2016 New Source Performance Standards for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry

Please Note

  • Registration is only required for individuals who wish to present oral testimony; registration is not required to attend and listen to testimony at the public hearings.
  • The public hearing will be held in a federal building and proper identification is required for entry (e.g. driver's license or government-issued ID).

EPA will hold a public hearing on the proposed policy amendments to the 2012 and 2016 New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry . The hearing will take place on October 17, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (local time) in:

  • Dallas, Texas - Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas. The hearing will take place in the Red River and Live Oak conference rooms on the 7th floor.

Each speaker will have five (5) minutes to speak. Please choose a general time slot for presenting your oral testimony. EPA will make every effort to accommodate your request.
In case your preferred time slot is unavailable, please select an alternate time slot to present your testimony.
Please list any sign language interpretation, equipment requests or other reasonable accommodations necessary for your testimony.
