Public Notice: Proposed Authorization Revisions of RCRA Hazardous Waste Program for the District of Columbia

Summary

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region III, has scheduled a thirty (30) day public comment period on the District of Columbia’s proposed authorization revisions of its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.  EPA intends to approve this authorization which addresses regulatory updates through July 1, 2004 to make the District’s program equivalent to the federal program. 

Information Availability:   The Federal Register notice of proposed authorization revisions is available to view at http://www.regulations.gov and is identified by Docket ID No. EPA-R03-RCRA-2017-0553.

Copies of the District of Columbia’s application for this revised authorization is available for inspection and copying from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the following addresses:
