New Process Changes
On Thursday, June 22, 2017, EPA introduced changes to the way its fuels programs helpdesk handles voicemail and email inquiries. The changes are designed to better manage the large volume of fuels program-related inquiries EPA receives and enable EPA to respond to stakeholder questions more quickly.
Phone Helpdesk Changes
All phone calls will be directed to a voicemail system that offers a recorded set of menu options to better route questions. Parties will be able to choose from the following three options:
- Registration Questions
- Registering under Part 80 fuel programs (including RFS, gasoline/Tier 3, diesel/ULSD fuel)
- Company association requests
- Responsible corporate officer requests
- New company requests
- Company update requests
- Registering under Part 79 fuel and fuel additive registration program
- Registering under Part 80 fuel programs (including RFS, gasoline/Tier 3, diesel/ULSD fuel)
- Technical Support or Reporting Questions
- EMTS technical support
- CDX reporting issues
- Remedial actions
- Program Regulations Questions
- Fuel regulations for EPA’s fuels programs
- Public data (including RINs, ABT sulfur and benzene credits)
Please remember to include in the voicemail:
- Full name
- Company name
- EPA company ID (if available)
- Brief description of your issue
- Company request number or Request Tracker ticket number (if available)
- Email address (if you would like a written response)
Email Helpdesk Changes
You must submit all written questions about registration or program regulations through the new contact form below. Please do NOT submit such inquiries directly to support@epamts-support.com. EPA may not receive them, and you may not get a response. The contact form enables you to choose from the following two options:
- Registration Questions
