Summary

EPA Mid-Atlantic Region alleges that the City of Annapolis failed to adhere to its municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit by failing to develop, implement and maintain a program to identify and eliminate non-stormwater discharges into the MS4, failing to ensure the implementation of construction stormwater runoff minimum control measures, failing to implement inspection and enforcement procedures that ensure proper construction and maintenance of stormwater management measures and failing to implement and maintain good housekeeping practices.
