Summary

EPA intends to enter into a settlement with Super Salvage, Inc. addressing alleged Clean Water Act (CWA) violations at its facilities in Prince Frederick, Maryland, and California, Maryland.  The settlement resolves claims under two CWA provisions designed to reduce polluted storm water runoff and oil discharges from industrial facilities.  The proposed settlement requires Super Salvage, Inc. to pay a penalty of $150,000.
