Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2, issues this notice, for public review and comment, of its tentative decision to approve a polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) cleanup plan submitted by First Environment, Inc. on behalf of Perth Amboy 1160, LLC for a portion of the Former ASARCO Facility site (Lot 1.03) in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, under the agency’s PCB Cleanup Program. Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the approval should do so within 30 days of the date of the Public Notice, attached below
