Public Notice: Antidegradation Evaluation for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery

Summary

EPA's antidegradation evaluation for the draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery is part of the Clean Water Act 401 certification process.  EPA completed public comment on the draft NPDES permit and fact sheet on February 3, 2017. 

We are now accepting public comments on the antidegradation evaluation (see "Related Documents" below) through September 15, 2017.
