December 8, 2016 Notification: Ameren Illinois to Dispose of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste

As required by the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.61(c) approvals, Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) Members utilizing the approvals to dispose of less than 50 parts per million (ppm) PCB remediation waste must submit a notification to EPA. This notification is dated December 8, 2016 and was submitted by Ameren Illinois to dispose of waste at the Republic Services Disposal Site in Danville, IL.
