Notification Dated July 18, 2017 Submitted by Integrys to Dispose of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Remediation Waste

As required by the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.61(c) approvals, Utility Solid Waste Activities Group (USWAG) Members utilizing the approvals to dispose of less than 50 parts per million (ppm) PCB remediation waste must submit a notification to EPA. This notification is dated July 18, 2017 and was submitted by Integrys Holding Co., formerly Integrys Energy Group, Inc., on behalf of their subsidiary North Shore Gas Co. to dispose of waste at the Waste Management, Countryside disposal facility in Grayslake, IL.
