The Field and External Affairs Division (FEAD) is responsible for developing and implementing:
- programs, policies and regulations;
- legislation and congressional interaction;
- regional, state, and tribal coordination and assistance;
- pesticide safety training;
- pesticide education;
- international and field programs; and
- communication and outreach activities.
