Colorado Smart Growth Scorecard

The Colorado Smart Growth Scorecard (2003) is divided into 10 categories, each with multiple-choice questions and a list of resources. This scorecard, prepared by the Colorado Center for Healthy Communities in partnership with the Orton Family Foundation, lets communities assess their own situations and use the information to make changes based on the answers to these questions. Users are encouraged to work with sections most relevant to their community's needs.
