Clean Energy Financing Programs: A Decision Resource for States and Communities
Financing programs coverAn integral companion to the Clean Energy Finance Tool, this EPA guide contains basic information about a range of financing programs. The guide, used in tandem with the tool, is intended to help state and local government staff choose; clean energy financing programs that meet the needs of their jurisdictions.

This tool is intended to be a starting point for state and local government staff interested in developing or revising a financing program to support energy efficiency and clean energy improvements for large numbers of buildings within their jurisdictions.
