Rescheduled: Public Hearing on Proposed NSPS for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from New, Modified, and Reconstructed EGUs
EPA is rescheduling its public hearing on the proposal to revise the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for greenhouse gas emissions from new, modified, and reconstructed fossil fuel-fired power plants. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (local time) in:
- Washington, District of Columbia – EPA WJC East Building, 1201 Constitution Avenue
- Go to Visiting EPA’s Headquarters for directions, transportation and parking information.
Pre-registration to speak at the public hearing is open through noon (EST) January 25, 2019. If you previously registered to speak at the hearing, you do not need to re-register.
Each commenter will have five minutes to provide oral testimony. Written statements and supporting information submitted during the comment period will be considered with the same weight as oral comments and supporting information presented at the public hearing.
