EPA will post a list of speakers on this website by November 22, 2017.   EPA will follow the schedule as closely as possible on the day of the hearing.

The hearing will be held  in the Main Capitol Building at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25305. Charleston, W.Va.
