Tribal Waste Journal: Building Tribal Capacity through the National Tribal Waste Management Peer Matching Program (Issue 10)

Issue 10 of the Tribal Waste Journal: Building Tribal Capacity through the National Tribal Waste Management Peer Matching Program focuses on strengthening tribal capacity and developing sustainable waste management programs through the National Tribal Waste Management Peer Matching Program. EPA established the National Tribal Waste Management Peer Matching Program for tribes and tribal consortia to provide technical and financial assistance to tribes with developing and implementing sustainable tribal waste management programs.  Peer matches utilize partnerships between tribes and consortia requesting program assistance and those with applicable knowledge and experience.  Issue 10 provides examples of successful peer matches, resulting in sustainable and economically beneficial program improvements.
