Section 106 of the Clean Water Act provides funding to support water pollution control programs. Currently 39 tribes within EPA's Region 10 (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington) are eligible to receive Section 106 funding.
Work plans and budgets for 2020 Section 106 funding were due February 13, 2019 (extended from January 31).
Awards will be made by September 30, 2019.
