Map of Proposed Class I Permit MI-165-1I-0002Map of Proposed Class I Permit MI-165-1I-0002Wexford County (Michigan).  EPA proposes to issue a Class I non-hazardous permit to Wexford Water Technologies of Kalkaska, Michigan to inject fluid deep underground.  EPA received requests for a public hearing during the original comment period which closed November 22.  A public meeting and formal public hearing will be held Wednesday, March 21.  The second comment period ends midnight Friday, March 23, 2018.

Public Meeting: 6 to 7:30 pm.
Public Hearing: 7:30 to 9 pm.
At the Cadillac Senior High School Auditorium, 400 Linden St., Cadillac, MI
