Class III solution mining area permit for injection of undersaturated brines into the mixed layer formation of the Searles Lake Basin for the purpose of recharge and eventual extraction of various soluble inorganic chemicals from the sedimentary deposit found in the basin. Approximate center is located at Township 25, Range 43, Southeast quarter of Section 22 in Trona, San Bernardino County, California.
