Water Research Webinars
Water Research Webinar Series
EPA's Office of Research and Development is hosting bimonthly webinars to share information on its Safe and Sustainable Water Resources Research Program. Through innovative science and engineering, EPA’s scientists and engineers are developing cost-effective, sustainable solutions to 21st century complex water issues. These solutions will help ensure that clean and adequate supplies of water are available to support human health and resilient aquatic ecosystems, now and into the future. Research is conducted in partnership with other EPA programs, government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, public and private stakeholders, and the global scientific community.
Small Systems Monthly Webinar Series
EPA's Office of Research and Development and Office of Water host this monthly webinar series to communicate current small drinking water systems research along with Agency priorities. This forum allows EPA to communicate directly with state personnel and others to provide training and foster collaboration and dissemination of information. This, in turn, provides state agencies with the information and resources needed to communicate the latest scientific advancements and current guidance to their small systems. The webinars also provides EPA with invaluable information from the states on challenges they are currently encountering in their interactions with small systems. With this information, EPA scientists and engineers can modify their research to find solutions to real-world problems.
