U.S.  Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Carol M.=20 Browner will visit the Lake Scranton Water Treatment Plant in=20 Scranton, Pa., at 2:00 p.m.  on Thursday, July 11.  Browner will=20 highlight the success of the Scranton community in protecting the= =20
quality of its drinking water and the health of its water resources,= =20
including Lake Scranton and the Lackawanna River.  Browner will also= =20
discuss the importance of clean, safe water for protecting public= =20
