TOMORROW: Federal Officials, Local Leaders to Announce Urban Waters Initiative in Baltimore

WASHINGTON - Tomorrow, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, White House Domestic Policy Council Director Melody Barnes and White House Council on Environmental Quality Chair Nancy Sutley will join other federal and local officials in Baltimore tomorrow to announce a new initiative to restore and revitalize waterways in cities across the nation.

The officials will join Baltimore students in environmental education activities at Middle Branch Park prior to holding a formal press conference announcing the initiative.
