EPA to Begin Cleanup Work at Quincy Mining Co. in Mason, Mich.

CHICAGO (Oct. 10, 2018) – U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will begin a cleanup of asbestos and heavy metals at the former location of Quincy Mining Co. at the intersection of Forsman Road and M26 in Mason, Mich.

The cleanup will start this fall and resume in the spring. Work will temporarily stop during the winter months when the ground is snow-covered.
