Transitioning from FOIAonline to FOIAXpress
What you need to know
- Please submit your FOIA request to FOIA Public Access Link.
- After 5:00 PM Eastern Time, September 30, 2023, FOIAonline was decommissioned and is no longer available.
- Consistent with EPA’s commitment to transparency, EPA plans to make all records previously released to the public in FOIAonline available through FOIAXpress. The data migration process for records previously released to the public is underway. While the records previously released to the public in FOIAonline will not be immediately available after the transition to FOIAXpress, EPA is working diligently with FOIAXpress to make those records available in FOIAXpress as well.
