TOMORROW: EPA Administrator to Address Council on Foreign Relations
WASHINGTON --Tomorrow, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy will address the Council on Foreign Relations to discuss the agency's work to cut carbon pollution from power plans and lead U.S. efforts to implement the president's Climate Action Plan.
