Speaker: Barry Hart, Executive Vice President and CEO of the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives, talks about the importance of EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt’s visit to the Thomas Hill Energy Center in rural Missouri.

Transcript: We're so excited that Scott Pruitt came here because he grew up in the Midwest, he's got those good family values, he's been actively involved in his communities, he understands where rural Americans are coming from, and he wants to make a difference. He wants us to have a strong vibrant rural economy but also one that protects the environment. And we're all with him on that.
