NPDES Permit for Town of Browning Wastewater Treatment Facility in Montana

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0031835, the Town of Browning is authorized to discharge from from its wastewater treatment facility located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Glacier County, Montana to Depot Creek.

The Town of Browning's wastewater lagoon was previously covered under the Region 8 Lagoon General Permit as MTG589104, but was moved to an individual permit by the EPA in 2024.
