Sample Result IDContains an identifying value referencing a sample result record in the primacy agency’s system of record. This column is conditionally mandatory based upon the type of violation per the rule reporting guidance. As an example, Ground Water Rule requires that with a Type 34- failure to monitor at the source, that the triggering positive total coliform result be reported. (GWR 141.402(a)(1), 141.402(a)(3) and 141.402(b)))
Sample Type AbbreviationCode identifying the sample type collected: OC - Other, SP - Special.
Sampling End DateDate of the last day of the monitoring period in which 90th percentile data for lead or copper was acquired.
Sampling Start DateDate of the first day of the monitoring period in which 90th percentile data for lead or copper was acquired.
SAR IDA system-generated number managed by the reporting jurisdiction that uniquely identifies each Sample Result record. As there a situations where there can be two sample results for a sample, the SAR_ID is used instead of the Contaminant code (as in ODS) in the primary key of this table.
Season Begin DateIf this is a seasonal water system (not open year-round), this column will contain the opening month and day of the period of time when the water system serves water. The column is NULL if the water system serves water year-round.
Season End DateIf this is a seasonal water system (not open year-round), this column will contain the ending month and day of the period of time when the water system serves water. The column is NULL if the water system serves water year-round.
Seasonal Startup SystemIndicates whether the system is pressurized all year including during the off-season or whether the system was not pressurized all year. Only pertains to seasonal systems.
