2021 P3 Expo -Distributed Fiber-optic Turbidity Sensor Network

The video describes the motivation, objective, experimental setup, current progress, and future plans of our project, where the team aims to develop a low-cost, distributed turbidity sensor network that utilizes glass optical fibers as both the light-transmission medium and the sensor probes for real-time water quality monitoring in Drinking Water Distribution Systems (DWDS).
Our teams consists of the following individuals: Dr. Tingting Wu (PI), Dr. Lingze Duan (Co-PI), Gabrielle Savoir (Graduate Student), and Nabil Md Rakinul Hoque (Graduate Student).
