2021 P3 Expo - Functionalized Membranes for Removal of PFAS
University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL
This video gives a brief overview of the enhanced PFAS removal using MXene-functionalized thin film composite membranes
Our team consist of three PhD students (Tin Le, Medha Kasula and Rebecca Greenberg) and two undergraduate students (Zane Parkerson and Ali Altammar). Dr. Esfahani and Dr. Tick lead the project.
The project team consists of two undergraduate students and a professor. One is a graduating senior chemistry major (Khoa Tran), and the other is a junior biophysics major (Ricardo Zamora). Dr. Richard Lombardini is an Associate Professor of Physics and PI of project.
