Implementing Statutory Addition of Certain Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) to the TRI Beginning with Reporting Years 2021 and 2022
This rule added four PFAS to the TRI chemical list. These were automatically added based on criteria in the FY 2020 National Defense Authorization Act, and the rule formally adds them to the TRI chemical list in the Code of Federal Regulations.
