Summary

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are working with landowners at the Broderick Wood Products Superfund Site, located at 5800 Lipan Street, Adams County, Colorado, to amend the 2006 environmental covenant for the Site. CDPHE and EPA want to amend the covenant to update the Materials Management and Health and Safety Plan that is attached to the 2006 covenant. The new Plan will account for remedial work that has occurred on the property since 2006. Pursuant to § 25-15-318, C.R.S., once the amendment is completed, the new Materials Management and Health and Safety Plan will be binding on all current and future owners of the land and any persons possessing an interest in the land.
