  • Lead Paint Regulations at Federal Facilities: Lead Disclosure Rule and Renovation, Repair and Painting Program
    This EPA Region webinar is tailored to Department of Defense and other federal facilities with pre-1978 housing. The presenters cover critical regulatory and compliance requirements and highlight Best Management Practices that can help federal facilities achieve and maintain compliance. Topics include an overview of Lead Disclosure Rule and RRP requirements, the potential consequences of noncompliance, health effects due to lead exposure, and how to protect workers, children, and families from lead exposure.
