The purpose ofthis Memorandum ofUnderstanding (MOU) is to formalize and enhance collaboration between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Delaware Department of Agriculture.
The mission ofEPA is to protect human health and the environment. The mission of Delaware Department ofAgriculture is to sustain and promote the viability offood, fiber, and agricultural industries in Delaware through quality services that protect and enhance the environment, health, and welfare ofthe general public. We share the goal ofwell-managed, sustainable farms that produce food for our communities and a clean environment for everyone to enjoy.
