Library Services Support Consolidation
Some EPA libraries services have recently been consolidated, and have been shifted to other EPA library locations.
Locations Affected
The following locations will now receive library services from the AWBERC Library:
- CEMM/ACESD, Narragansett, Rhode Island
- CEMM/EPD, Athens, Georgia
- CEMM/GEMMD, Gulf Breeze, Florida
- CESER/GCRD, Ada, Oklahoma
- Region 4, Atlanta, Georgia
This library maintains a small print collection on-site which is accessible by appointment only to EPA staff and the public. For appointments, contact the Region 4 Federal Library manager, Alexia Price at (404) 562-9710 or via email at price.alexia@epa.gov. - Region 6, Dallas, Texas
The following locations will now receive library services from the Headquarters Library:
- CPHEA/PESD, Corvallis, Oregon
- Environmental Science Center, Ft. Meade, Maryland
- Region 3, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- Region 8, Denver, Colorado
The following locations will now receive library services from the RTP Library:
- Region 7, Lenexa, Kansas

EPA's Region 5 in Chicago, Illinois is not currently supported by our other libraries. You may contact Region 5 Records staff with any questions or comments at R5_Records@epa.gov.
Services Affected
Catalog holdings for the affected library locations will still appear in our catalog temporarily as we transition. Physical materials at these locations may be inaccessible or require coordination with local staff to obtain. Please contact the corresponding support library for information and assistance.
Services Not Affected
- The EPA Library Catalog
- National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP)
- EPA staff services including circulation, interlibrary loan, and digital subscriptions on the Desktop Library.
