  • The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) preserves EPA's permanent records at its Archives II facility in College Park, Maryland. For information on records and access policies, contact NARA's Textual Archives Services. • The EPA Historical Document Collection is housed within the EPA Headquarters Repository and Library. The collection is not available for browsing, but our librarians can search for specific documents for you.  To arrange a visit to the library for viewing specific documents in this collection, please email the EPA Headquarters Repository and Library reference staff.

  • EPA's National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP) also has online versions of many EPA publications going back to the 1970's.

  • View copies of the EPA Journal (1975-1995).
