WASHINGTON (Hulyo 27, 2021) —On Thursday, July 29, the Environmental Protect Agency (EPA) is hosting a webinar to demonstrate the “Power Plants and Neighboring Communities” web resource. May kasama ang webpage na itong mga interactive na mapa at nagbibigay suportang materyal na pinagsasama ang impormasyon tungkol sa air pollution na ibinubuga ng mga fossil fuel-fired na mga power plant na may key demographical data sa mga kalapit na komunidad. Pinapasulong sa Power Plants at Neighboring Communities web resource sa administrasyon ang pangako ng administrasyong Biden-Harris para sa environmental justice sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay lakas sa publiko at mga policymaker gamit ang mga impormasyon at tools para mas maunawaan ang di patas na mga epekto ng polusyon sa hangin sa sobrang nabibigatan na mga komunidad.

Sasabihin ng mga opisyal ng EPA at ang Office of Air and Radiation staff ang bagong web resource na ito at magbibigay ng detalyadong visual briefing gamit ang webinar.
