SECTION 5.2.2.3 OF AP-42 LISTS EMISSIONS FROM SPILLAGE AT 0.7LB/1000 GAL OF DISPENSED GASOLINE. THE REFERENCES FOR THIS EMISSION FACTOR ARE FROM 1972 AND 1975. ARE THERE ANY LATER REFERENCES?
