The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to formalize and enhance collaboration between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Delaware Department of Agriculture.
The mission of EPA is to protect human health and the environment. The mission of Delaware Department of Agriculture is to sustain and promote the viability of food, fiber, and agricultural industries in Delaware through quality services that protect and enhance the environment, health, and welfare of the general public. We share the goal of well-managed, sustainable farms that produce food for our communities and a clean environment for everyone to enjoy.
