EPA’s is providing a notice regarding the draft federal portion of a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permit in connection with the hazardous waste management operations at Lamps Inc. dba Environmental Recycling located in 527 East Woodland Circle
Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 (RCRA identification number OHR000034025). Specifically, this permit addresses air emission standards, including monitoring and recordkeeping requirements. The RCRA permit consists of both this permit, which contains the effective federal RCRA permit conditions, and the effective state RCRA permit conditions authorized under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 271. EPA invites the public to provide comments on the draft federal permit from November 30, 2020 to January 22, 2021.
