EPA Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Activities Map

The map is a visual tool that includes individual data points representing compliance monitoring (including inspections) and enforcement activities at facilities throughout the Region 6 states. The user can enable different base layers. The activities can also be enabled or disabled to view the geospatial distribution of compliance monitoring and enforcement in different EPA programs: National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System; Clean Water Act 404 (Wetlands); Clean Water Act 311 (Oil and Hazardous Substances Discharges), Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Air Act Risk Management Program, Clean Air Act Stationary Source, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Toxic Substances Control Act; Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, and Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act. Click on a dot on the map to see the geographic location, facility name, and details about EPA’s compliance monitoring and/or enforcement for that facility.

The Agency is providing this geospatial information as a public service for informational purposes. Data does not represent EPA's official position, viewpoint, or opinion, express or implied. EPA reserves the right to change these data at any time without public notice.
