Request a Science Fair Judge (RTP Area Only)

PLEASE NOTE: EPA-RTP’s Community Engagement & STEM Education Program is not taking requests for events after April 30, 2025. If you have an event after this date, please check back on this page in May. It is our intent to host EPA’s 15th annual Summer Science Institute for High School Students, and application information and dates will be posted here when available.

Please Note:

• Travel is limited to approximately 50 miles out of the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) area. All travel is up to the discretion of the volunteer.

Confirmation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact the Speakers Bureau as soon as possible. Since our speakers are volunteers and participate in the Speakers Bureau in addition to their regular jobs we will try our best to schedule one judge per event. In some cases more then one judge maybe available; however, we cannot guarantee this on a regular basis.
