Summary
In accordance with Section 309(g) of the Clean Water Act (CWA), 33 U.S.C. §1319(g), and the Consolidated Rules of Practice Governing the Administrative Assessment of Civil Penalties, Issuance of Compliance or Corrective Action Orders and the Revocation Termination or Suspension of Permits (“CROP”), 40 C.F.R. Part 22, notice is hereby given that EPA Region 2 is proposing to file an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) and Final Order assessing an administrative civil penalty in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) against the Respondent named below for alleged violations of Section 301 of the CWA.
